November 2020, join Mrs. Kapper for another Kentucky Farmhouse rehab project update. This is country living and real estate investing at their finest with this project! In this weeks home renovation episode Mrs. Kapper will be trying out her new Wagner Control Pro 150 airless sprayer (who says I never buy her cool stuff!), to paint the porch of the Kentucky farmhouse, as well as to paint the underside of the porch roof. Also, as usual, she will throw in some other updates on rustic home decor projects, old barns that she sees along the way and more unique, fund stuff like that. She will also stop at Yoder's Amish farm in Western Kentucky to look at some hand made wood porch furniture, I think she really wants a swinging porch bench.
