“A Shovel In One Hand, A Sword In The Other”

The officers posted themselves behind all the people of Judah who were building the wall. Those who carried materials did their work with one hand and held a weapon in the other. Nehemiah 4:16, 17

Question for today: If I am going into each day with only my shovel (my abilities), what am I missing out on by not carrying a sword as well?

Pray: God thank You for giving us the ability to fight by having the knowledge of Your word. Help us use it wisely.
