Serbia secures energy deal with Russia. Is there even a united front against Russia anymore?

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Wednesday he has agreed a favorable price for Russian natural gas imports under the terms of a new energy deal.

This means 15+ countries in the EU and NATO refuse a complete sanction and embargo of Russian goods. Is there even an eastern front against Russia anymore?
