Help an aspiring creator become more self reliant

I'm posting to plead for help in setting up and funding becoming a more self reliant maker/creator.
I welcome and advice, tips, and criticisms as well.
I'm trying to recover my woodshop after a catastrophic life collapse six months before corona even hit.
I want to more better provide for my family while doing what I enjoy.
All my outlets for help have pretty much been exhausted at this point.
I've been going to the VA for nearly fifteen years so far and they haven't even gotten me an ID card yet. Not that their answer typically isn't get more education grab your bootstraps and get a job where you're treated worse than property anyway.
