Welcome to another episode of #WWFuquan, a behind-the-scenes walk-through series dedicated to showing the before, during, and after process of property restorations, providing you with insights into the work that goes into this arduous (yet rewarding) process.

In this episode, Fuquan inspects the final touch ups followed by a complete wrap-up walkthrough. A couple of weeks before wrap day, there are still some challenges to overcome.

One of the final challenges was the delay caused by the delivery of the kitchen cabinets. It took 3 months from the time of placing the order – the delivery had to be made twice because the first delivery was incomplete and damaged.

Aside from the many challenges that came up during the renovation, we get to see the many improvements made to the property in the final walkthrough. These include new exterior siding and shutters, new pavers and driveway, an opened up foyer/living/dining/kitchen area, new flooring, renovated bath/bedrooms, an upgraded kitchen, HVAC system to replace the old steam radiators, a refurbished basement, a renovated garage, and a deck expansion.
