Pfizer's defense to fraud allegation: "It's legally allowed if the government knows about it"

Robert Barnes, who is the lawyer of whistleblower Brook Jackson, explains the essence of Pfizer's defense strategy in court regarding allegations of Pfizer's clinical COVID 'vaccine' trial being riddled with errors and fraudulent and false certifications to the US government:

"It doesn't matter if [Pfizer] submitted fraudulent certifications to the government. It doesn't matter if they submitted false statements under penalty of perjury to the government. It doesn't matter if they lied about the safety and efficacy of these drugs mislabeled in my opinion as 'vaccines', because the government was in it on it with them. The government knows what's going on and the government still would've given the check anyway. So is it really fraud if the government is their co-conspirator?"

According to Steve Kirsch, Pfizer admitted fraud by using this defense. I'm no lawyer, but I don't think that they've ADMITTED fraud. They said that IF the government was well informed about all the facts, it's IRRELEVANT whether Pfizer committed fraud or not. There is a clear difference IMO.

Viva Frei explains the difference quite well:

"Look, we're innocent, but even if we're guilty, [the government] authorized us to [report false information]."

Hopefully, the judge will not allow Pfizer's defense and will order further discovery regardless.

I'm quite sure Pfizer committed fraud and severely misled most people. A clear examples is Maggie de Garay's case. She was a participant in Pfizer's clinical trial for children and was paralyzed within 24 hours after her second dose. She had many more severe (and likely permanent) adverse reactions. Pfizer reported she had a mere stomach ache.

There are many other cases, such as Brianne Dressen's. This is an excellent 1 hour interview with both Maddie (and her mom) and Brianne (requires email sign-up to view the whole thing):
