Contrary to popular belief, There is No law that requires a candidate or President to concede! This is why Hillary told Joe under NO circumstances to concede. She is a lawyer and knows the law duh! It goes to the courts, they rule who is president and or they rule the election is null and void while passing it on to the house with the 12th amendment as the guide determining the outcome.
