Welcome back to another episode! Thanks for joining me! In this episode of the "Superpower Series" where I talk about Superpower #2...Breathwork, and the amazing power of the breath. Specifically, I focus on the Wim Hof breathing method. I trained in the Wim Hof Method almost 4 years ago and it has been life changing and eye opening in a variety of ways!

In this video, I talk about my journey with breathwork including other methods of breathing that I practice daily. Such as, deep abdominal breathing aka diaphragmatic breathing. The power of the breath has been pivotal in the building of my self awareness, which intuitively led me to other mindfulness practices such as meditation, journaling, and EFT. Breathwork has also allowed me to realize tremendous health and wellness benefits, and It truly is a superpower that anyone can find value in!
