Taste test of the Premier Protein Shake Vanilla
In this review I try out the very popular premier protein shakes in the vanilla flavor. You can find these in different grocery stores in Canada I found this one at a Walmart but they are also at Loblaws. With 30 g of protein there's a lot to love in these protein shakes for writing that they also have 160 cal mean that they are low calorie and high protein. This combination is really great because you're trying to lose weight it's gonna be a really great drink for that.
