Taste test of the PhD Smart Protein Bar Cookies and Cream
In this review I am trying out the PhD smart protien bar in cookies and cream and I must say that the texture of these birds is top-notch. I really enjoy the flavour too but one thing I notice is that it does taste a lot like an artificial protein bars so there is some strong artificial flavours to the bar. You wouldn't want to eat more than one of these in a short period of time as it would probably give you an upset stomach and or some other issues as there is a lot of artificial sugars in this and some people are not able to tolerate them in their digestion tract. Nonetheless is a really good tasting protein bar and I love this brand PhD smart.
