This is happening in large part because there are many people in the GOP who shouldn't be there, such as Mitch McConnell, Mitt Romney, Lindsey Graham, John Cornyn, Liz Cheney, Dan Crenshaw (YGL), Adam Kinzinger (YGL), Nancy Mace, and many others who absolutely are willing to violate the rights of the American citizenry and destroy our national sovereignty, handing our nation over to our enemies abroad on a silver platter.

They are about to cause the complete collapse of the United States of America, whether they realize that or not. Most of them probably do realize this, and they're doing it because they stand to benefit in some way from doing these things they are doing. They don't represent the U.S. or its interests, or the people who live here.
