Wisconsin Government; Servants or Gangsters

In this video a few of the people decide to go meet with their servants and to give notice and affidavits. Here in the office of one of their representatives we get to see how some of these employees behave themselves. Please comment if you believe this woman is acting more like a servant or a gangster.
