Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan used 9.5 million to buy 500,000 Covid - 19 test from LabGenomics that were flawed and never used after putting on a whole performance when acquiring them. Then Gov. Hogan went back to the same company spending another 2.5 million replacing the original flawed tests.
