Assisted One-Legged Squats

My right knee is hurt from high school football and instead of going to the doctor for surgery — I found that I have the most success when I do these assisted one-legged squats with my exercise band. I’m using 30 lb and 40 lb strap for assistance today. The muscles around the knee feel great and my right thigh is starting to look as muscular as my left one 🏄‍♂️🌊❤️
