Bending forward to reach your toes will assist release the muscles in your lower back in addition to extending your hamstrings.
Cobra Pose: Lie down on your stomach with your hands beside your shoulders, face down, and gently lift your chest up so that the top of your head points toward the ceiling.
Starting on your hands and knees, gradually alternate arching your back toward the ceiling and dipping it toward the floor.
Lean forward to rest your head on the floor, stretching your arms out in front of your head, while sitting on your heels with your knees hip-width apart.
