Not bad, I suppose. My goal was to go for six reps, double the minimum prescribed rep count, and call it there. I am really trying to focus in on maintaining the slack pull on the bar as I initiate the pull, as I believe I am loosening on this right beforehand. I am also tring to focus on creating and maintaining a better, and more consistent starting position with each rep. The first three reps flhere felt really good, and moved quite quickly. However, I started to hesitate afterwards, worrying about these ques, and second guessing myself, forcing me to take more time, and lose power, so the rest of the reps definitely felt more draining, and slower because of it. I think I could have still grinded out two or so reps, but I figured there was no point in doing so, and I set a hard cap at six. I am hoping to save enough energy to be able to hit at least five reps with 170 Kgs, next week 🤟🏻
