I have been getting a lot of folks reaching out about Roku & Netflix becoming one and the same. Some entertainment pundits think a Roku Acquisition by Netflix would be amazing. I don't agree.

Analysts at multiple financial houses are also looking at this type of deal. Most of them also scoff at the idea. Why? Well let's look at it.
