City vows to act against owner of slum buildings

A meeting to discuss Wynberg’s problem buildings was attended by SAPS and City law enforcement officers, sub-council chairperson Xanthea Limberg and manager Richard White, mayoral committee member for safety and security JP Smith and property owner Uli Heydt among others.
