As the age draws to a close, we see that God has given us wonderful opportunities to know God, to know Jesus
and walk with him. However, during the 20th Century until now, modern man has become more and more corrupt, even as the modern knowledge-based economy and science made life so much easier; bringing amazing progress in agriculture, healthcare and general well-being to millions. Also, the gospel has gone to the ends of the earth and formerly closed pagan nations have received Jesus, changing the course of history.
At the same time, the western Christian nations have become more and more apostate, and as a whole, we have deliberately turned away from the truth. At the same time, there is a remnant of true believers in every stream of the faith, seeking to know and love our God, the God of Israel, our Father, Jesus the Messiah and the Holy Spirit more and more. During these last 120 years, God sent renewal and restoration again and again. This amazing turn of events gave rise to wave after wave of new believers and amazing power made available for us to be his disciples and advance the kingdom of God.
