TUCKER: Under Red Flag Laws the Government doesn’t have to prove you did anything wrong in order to strip you of your most basic rights. All that’s required is an anonymous complaint! The one thing nobody’s thinking of is the fact what psychologist is going to say you’re OK to have a gun then be responsible if you shoot someone! Think about that!
