The terrifying clown panic of 2016 it began in the UK on Friday 30th of September.
The police in Newcastle receive reports of someone dressed like a creepy clown jumping out of bushes to scare children off. Over the next following days more than 6 other cases are being reported.
A teenage clown is arrested in possession of a bladed weapon. On the 5th of October tabloids start to spread that the terrifying clown craze hit these shores and it begins.
