Police pepper spray 12-year old girl

Just what is the mandate for police heavy-handedness during COVID-19 lockdowns? Where do they end? And by that, we mean both the lockdowns AND the heavy-handedness. They tell us we'll have to learn to live with COVID, by that we assume both of the above will be recurring features of that new way of life.

Police in Western Sydney have pepper-sprayed a 12-year-old girl as she stood with family outside a shopping centre.
The incident was filmed by the girl’s sister and uploaded by a family member to Facebook where it’s since been reported by the Daily Mail online.
The video shows a rowdy group confronting police over the arrest of the girls’ mother in connection to her breaking public health orders by not wearing a mask. Family members question the Police’s actions while pointing out that none of the officers’ faces are covered either. The mother was arrested after she refused to show identification.
