The mysterious disappearance of Marc Randall Fullerton

This is an extremely weird case. There’s barely any information out there, very few news articles and very little media coverage.
Most of my information it’s been sourced from Facebook and Websleuths.com, apart from news articles, so as you can understand, there’s no way to verify this information, I don’t know how reliable or accurate this is.

Marc Randall Fullerton, 35 years old, was last seen leaving his girlfriend’s home in Braggadocio, Missouri, in Pemiscot County, on Wednesday 3rd of June, 2020. At the time, his girlfriend said he left the house after an argument, walking, barefoot, wearing black shorts and, without his truck, keys, phone or wallet.
Marc Fullerton is currently listed as a missing person in Pemiscot County, as police are still actively working the case.
