Newsmax wont call the 2020 election for VP Biden

Newsmax, a conservative-leaning news outlet, not very old and recently picked up a surge of Fox News viewers after FNC called the race for Biden starting with Virginia and then Arizona, will not declare Vice President Biden the President-Elect. And good for them.
Because nowhere in the US Constitution does it state the news media will declare a Presidential winner. On December 14th, delegates from each state will go to the electoral college and vote for the next President of the United States.
