Kennedy has been deplatformed and labeled as an anti-vaccine promoter, but he’s tried to appeal the ban. He said he has faced difficulties.

“The judges and panels at [the] appeals process are law professors from all over the world— very prestigious law professors. A lot of them are people I know, ”he said. “If they actually convene at a panel and look at my case, there is no way they would uphold my eviction. So what did Facebook do? They said you can not take advantage of that, you can not appeal. “
According to Facebook, the social media company will hide or remove content that goes against its community standards.
“We remove misinformation primarily about vaccines when public health authorities conclude that the information is false and likely to directly contribute to imminent vaccine refusals,” Meta’s website reads.

Kennedy said, “So they would not let me appeal — why is that? Because they know that I have never broadcast any vaccine misinformation. We at CHD have enormous investment in fact-checking. ”
Outspoken author and journalist Naomi Wolf told the crowd that she has been deplatformed on multiple accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

“So I am now CEO of a tech company, which means I understand how tech CEOs think — to some extent,” Wolf said. She and her husband, Brian O'Shea, flew in from the East Coast to attend the rally.
“This space where humans are together, unmediated by digital technology — this is their competition,” Wolf said.
Wolf’s husband, Brian O’Shea, said, “My wife has been constantly kicked off of Facebook. They put her back on, then they take her back off — her business has been taken down from Facebook. ”

O’Shea, a private investigator & COO of Centurion Intelligence Partners, told NTD Television that he too has been censored.
“So, within our entire household, we’ve been constantly censored,” he said.
At the end of the rally, the group marched to Facebook’s iconic thumbs-up sign for a photo.
“If you are in any way affected by censorship with any kind of social media platform, including Facebook or Meta, speak up and be a champion for free speech,” rally co-organizer Terry Bottari told NTD Television.
“Deplatform those platforms like Facebook who are muzzling people when they speak up for truth, freedom, life, or justice. Move to another platform, ”Bottari said.
