This was a confession. A boy was murdered.

Now we all know about rumours in jail, an inmate says they hear something and most likely it turns out to be nothing, they just want to maybe gain some favours or their parole hearing is soon, or whatever…and so they come up with stuff to benefit them.

However, an investigation would soon uncover that this was not just a rumour.

It was January of 2018, when an inmate informed a guard of something she heard, a potential homicide. She went on to say that 35 year old Tracy Ann Pena was talking about finding her son deceased at home and blamed it all on her boyfriend, 42 year old Thomas Wayne Ferguson.

At the time, both Tracy and Thomas were in jail for probation violations.
