Armenia / Artsakh Army Withdrawing From Base Before Azerbaijan Takeover

I came across a military base in Kelbajar District of the Republic of Artsakh / Nagorno-Karabakh. I witnessed military personnel withdrawing in accordance with the trilateral agreement between Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan for Armenia / Artsakh to withdrawal all military from the Kelbajar region as well as others before the area will be handed over to Azerbaijan.
