What does the term "Anti Vaxxer" mean?

Today this is a pejorative term, aiming at stigmatising anyone who disagrees with coercive medical practices seen in the last 3 years. Given that we hung "Dr Mengele" after WW2 for "forced medical tests" -- people need to carefully assess their moral and ethical compass!
