And follow the air inside.

Let it slow you down,

The motion inside your head is fast,

As scenes of your day come alive.

And all the emotions that have been dormant,

Are suddenly here to thrive.

Your body hears the noise,

And feels the vibrations in your veins.

So you toss and turn in your bed,

And frustratingly submit to the pain.

But you don’t have to suffer,

You can surrender to peaceful sleep.

Just let go of the thoughts,

And let yourself melt into the deep.
