Prince Andrew absent as royals attend Garter Day

Britain's royals walked in a ceremonial procession on Monday for the Order of the Garter after it was reported Prince Andrew would not attend parts of the event after a "family decision" was taken, effectively keeping the queen's son out of the public eye after he was stripped of his royal titles earlier this year.
