Somehow GEICO is Liable for $5.2M Because Woman Caught HPV While Having Unprotected Sex in a Hyundai

We have reached new levels with this one. Somehow, GEICO is liable for $5.2 million dollars because a woman raw dogged a guy in his Hyundai that she barely knew and supposedly caught HPV from this particular encounter even though they had sex multiple times. GEICO denied her claim for damages, rightfully so, so her and the guy arbitrated out a settlement that made it liable without the company’s knowledge.

In this video we take a look at this bad precedent being set if US Federal Courts do nothing to stop it.
