WHEN THE STATE ABUSES HUMAN RIGHTS - Roxana Coronado & Pablo Puente - Full Interview

Roxana and Pablo were protesting in Guatemala on the 21st of November, 2020. They were protesting the corruption and newly passed budget along with thousands of other Guatemalans. They were later unjustly arrested with 41 other people and accused of burning down the congress building. They spent two days in jail under false charges, and were released after the police dragged their feet to let them go. This is my full interview with them, with minor edits and subtitles.

I am not a journalist, and this channel was never meant to be for this, but this hit close to home. Pablo is a dear friend of mine, and the drummer for my projects. After seeing what happened to him, I knew I had to do something. Please share this video around. Their side of the story must not be ignored, especially because they're not the only ones who went and go through this.
