Self Healing - Let the Body Heal Itself - Energy/Frequency Healing Meditation Music

The body is an amazing organism with its own consciousness that innately knows very well how to heal and re-balance itself.

Belief systems like the body being inherently faulty in first place, aging and the belief that it needs to be controlled and the like slowly but surely break down this innate ability of the body.

The body is your vehicle, your friend and it wants nothing more than to serve you in any way it can. So if you believe that it needs to be managed, has to behave a certain way or whatever the belief may be, the body will follow suit.

Let's give the body back its innate power of self healing and start to enjoy having and being in a body on this planet.

This is a process and it will take as long as it takes, as there might be layers upon layers that need to unfurl and be released. It will be different for everyone, depending on where you are on your journey.

Just trust in the process, let everything and everyone go that no longer serves.

Beneficial frequencies and tones that are additionally layered with powerful energy work designed to activate self healing and help your mind and body to let go of everything that has been unconsciously held onto, but no longer serves.
