Doom 2: Hell on Earth (Ultra-Violence Plus 100%) - Map 12: The Factory

Like the previous map, Map 12 of Doom 2 has another co-op exclusive enemy on Ultra-Violence+ in the form of a Spider Mastermind around the corner from your starting point! Use the corner for cover! The Cacodemon room at the end of the level becomes a total nightmare on UV+ with its fast monsters, but just remember to use the door for cover.
