8 acre investment property PICK'N & GRIN'N with Mrs. Kapper!

Mrs. Kapper here and I'm back for more picking at the 8 acre rural southern Illinois property! I venture into new areas of the abandoned farmhouse and salvage valuable oak barnboards from a collapsing chicken coop. I make new discoveries, get covered in barn dust but still come out smiling! While this may not be antiques road trip, biggerpockets or flip or flop, this is our real life adventure, and these are my escapes from my real job as a nurse 40 to 50 hours a week.
