EPISODE #5 of what will be a long journey on this Southern Illinois 8 acre property investment! It looks much more like a JUNK YARD, but we (kind of) think we know what we are doing, LOL! This is real world real estate investing and not some scripted flip or flop hype show! Mrs. Kapper will be working on salvaging stuff from the old homesite, the chicken coop, old barn boards, rustic tin and smaller items, and Curtis Rogers (the new land owner) will be working all of the logistics for selling items, working with scrappers and scrap yards, dumpsters, transportation of certain items, and all other land administrative items and I will be helping out with the dirty work, bringing in my machines!! Woo Hoo!! Doesn't this all sound like fun!!
