2020 Unreal 4.25.3 Sci Fi Base update 1 fixes

Fixed position of two chairs so you can walk between them
Fixed the scanner
Added some animated people sitting at consoles will change some chairs for the same issue , next to toy with elevator of another pack to get it to work for the scanner place, and add maybe a space ship or two.
Will take out the monorail and add walls and area people can land and hten goto get scanned for planetary entry.
