Even In War Animal Rescue is needed. Many Dogs Have been abandoned in some of the hardest-hit areas of the Armenia - Azerbaijan War. Now that many areas are being turned over to the Azerbaijan military in accordance with the trilateral agreement between Russian, Armenia and Azerbaijan all ethnic Armenians are fleeing their homes and being left with no chance but to abandon their animals. The "Dingo Team" is taking it upon themselves to evacuate these animals to a safer home
