In this episode, we see the whole restoration process on Fuquan’s Irvington, NJ, project. We first see the property before any work has started, and it seems to be in decent shape. Using basic home depot materials to keep costs down, Fuquan was able to use this property to transition from the high-end market into the affordable home market.

The main focus during this process was keeping the quality high, even while using less-expensive materials to clean up and restore the property.

The work done includes installing all-new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, installing new windows, painting the siding, installing a new roof, redoing the flooring, repairing the garage, extensive landscaping, and adding new cement walkways.

In the end, we see the completed 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom, single-family property.
