SBMM is Hurting Everyone in Cold War

The intention of Skill Based Matchmaking (SBMM) was to match players up of equal skill. Low skill players play other low players and so on with high skill players. But players are finding that this is not a fun way to play. Players are not enjoying sweat fest games in Black Ops Cold War. So, players are not manipulating the SBMM system in their favor. But can you blame them?
