In my live and previous video I expressed that This Chief's story "through his lawyer" smelled of cow poo poo. According to Tate's new video we disagree. Through all the BS, the one thing that does not change - Chief Arredondo was the highest ranking officer on scene, he did not have a key, he threw away his radios, he never fired a round, he left the scene safe and unharmed and "19 kids & 2 teachers were killed" while he and 19 Officers were in the hallway waiting for backup.
