Exit Interview: Ernest Lee

Ernest Lee Woods II officially started Syndesi Parallel Architects Consulting (SPA Consulting) in 2022. However, he has trained, mentored, coached, and recruited sales teams and agents since 2001. In 2016 he decided to branch out of that scope of expertise to start a cryptocurrency mining operation. His educational background and love for technology led him down this path. After the epic collapse of Bitcoin in 2018, he exited that business venture and went on a path of personal healing, discovery, and growth. His heart never left the sales industry. He continued mentoring and coaching sales reps as part of his journey and gift back to the world. This purpose and passion led him to create a system and network of coaches and healers who assisted in helping me develop a program designed to elevate and sustain the necessary energy to perform in a highly competitive and demanding environment, without losing yourself.
