Hi everyone. I think this is the longest video to date; I think I'll start calling them flows, instead of mini flows :)
Don't worry if you can not do the entire video...just do what you can ;)
I hope you are continuing to move your body. Try to get some sort of movement in everyday, even if it's for 5-10mins. And when you have a bit more time, do a bit more. Ease/comfort in our bodies is important. Take those steps towards that ease, even if it's baby steps.
Keep moving and Do what you can!
