Why growing your own crops is worthless if you dont put trace minerals into your soil
If you do not load up the soil you grow your crops in with trace minerals you are making a huge mistake. Veggies and fruits are basically inedible cardboard that represent zero tangible nutrition. But if you add trace minerals into the soil then your crops are rich in trace minerals. Trace minerals can only be obtained by direct efforts to obtain them. You must seek them out to obtain them. If you do not you will not get them. You will die very young if you are not taking all 60 trace minerals daily. Here is a list of everything you need. https://youngevityrc.com/wp-content/uploads/analysis.pdf To get these into your soil you can throw down any combination of azomite, glacial rock dust, or bloomin minerals by youngevity. There is other ways to get trace minerals into your soil but thats the easiest of them.
