You're reluctant (even downright afraid!) to commit to a plan because you don't want to "get in trouble" when it's wrong. But OF COURSE it's going to be wrong -- no one can predict the future! The key is to remember the value of planning (not the value of the plan) and make sure you communicate when things change.
