Cop can't control suspect

Throwing some shade and hurting some feelings...
In my short one month of social medias, this has been the most requested breakdown video. I had to keep it under 1min for the reelzzz

First, most departments I know have zero fitness standards. The also have pretend "detac" programs. Dudes go train combatives at the academy then for the next 30 years, one every three years, they look at the door to a mat room. But don't worry, the department will say their cops are "trained."

2nd we will ignore the PC for detention. Maybe it was good, maybe not. We will also ignore the big boy tasing himself.

Hand fighting is one of the most overlooked aspects of grappling. Wrist, elbow, under hook, overhook. If you don't understand the connection of those four basic control points, you don't need to be going for a tool.

The off-duty cat worked toward some good goals. If his partner was focused on team tactics the videoay been different. If anyone knows the big boy, send him my info, I will give him every note, tip, advise, and online video training I can to make him a monster.

There are other guys who do much better breakdowns. @activeselfprotection puts out some of the best content. I have watched their YouTube videos for a long time. Did not even know they had instagram. Go learn you some stuff.

Get out and train, don't be walrus fat.
