The book is showing us that:
What Jesus wanted and started is in the Bible - Disciples making disciples.
When the Catholic Church was formed, what Jesus started, stopped.
The Holy Spirit vanished. Miracles disappeared.
After 1200 years of Catholic Church, God started revealing the truth bit by bit, starting with Martin Luther to take us back to the Book of Acts life of Discipleship that Jesus wanted and started.
The initial steps had to do with restoring the truth about Salvation, which now makes it possible to take the final step to Discipleship.
We are here now - the last step. Discipleship is within reach; but like we see in the past, time and time again, people cling to traditions of men and resist truth. It is dangerous to do that. We should be more concerned with the full truth.
We should see the big picture of what God is doing and learn from history.
What should our response be when we hear about this final step to discipleship? Will we stand with the Truth or cling to traditions of men and oppose the Truth?
