Jesus Said He Does Not Save The Righteous #shorts

Jesus said He does not save the righteous. He said He did not come for the righteous but for the sinner. But did He mean that some people are not sinners and that they are righteous enough to go to heaven without His help?
In this video, I show that all are sinners and that Jesus comes to save those who admit they are sinners and do not think of themselves as righteous -- too righteous to need a savior.
He wants to save all of us. But in order to be saved, you need to acknowledge you are a sinner in need of saving.
Romans 3:23
You need to believe that Jesus can save you. You need to believe that He took away your sins on the cross when He died for you and believe in his promise of eternal life.
John 3:16 and John 5:24

In the Gospels and in the book of Acts the Greek terms 'metanoia' and 'metanoeo' that are used for 'repent' are synonymous with 'faith in Christ' in the context of 'changing one's mind'. Repentance is the call to change one’s mind about Christ, about turning 180 degrees from justifying yourselves in some other way than believing in the true way of salvation, Jesus Christ.

In The Book of Acts, the Jews are exhorted to change their minds about rejecting Christ, in light of the new evidence of the resurrection. In the Book of Mark, those who think they are righteous are asked to change their minds and accept they are sinners and turn to Christ.

On Salvation Secured, I aim to dispel much of the confusion and error preached in the 'different gospel' that Paul warned us against. Those that trouble you with a 'justification by works -- law' gospel which is a 'different gospel' that robs you of the peace and joy of your salvation need to be resisted. Only those who have done the will of the Father will enter heaven Matthew 7:21. Jesus said the 'will of the Father' is to believe in His Son.

John 6:40 For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.”
Christ alone saves us by faith alone apart from works.
