Don't Be Accursed Teaching a Different Gospel | Galatians 1:6-9 #shorts

This vid teaches that according to Galatians 1:6-9, teaching or spreading a different gospel may lead to you being accursed. You will be under a curse -- condemned. The different gospel teaches that our own works or deeds must be added as a requirement to be saved. This is calling Jesus a liar. The gospel Jesus spoke about is about salvation being a free gift obtained by faith alone in Jesus Christ. He says 'believe in me and you will have eternal life', present not future, already accomplished, with no assistance by anything you do, no matter how good. No one is good enough to enter heaven -- we sin in many different ways. The wages of sin is death. The penalty is hell. John 3:16 But God so loved the world, that He sent His only begotten son that whosoever believes on Him shall not perish but has eternal life. Jesus died in our place, so our sins do not bring the penalty of spiritual death. And if we believe this, He gives us His righteousness because He is without sin. God sees His righteousness on our account and we are able to enter heaven, His kingdom. That's the Good News of the Gospel. Paul said in Galatians 1:6-9 that if someone teaches a different gospel than this then 'let them be accursed' or go to hell.

Jesus promised eternal life if you believe in Him. If you are believing that the eternal life has strings attached that require you to live a life full of good works, then that is a different Gospel. That is not what He promises. You must believe the promise.
