This is a tenth keto protein meal idea. It represents 100 grams of protein.
Two 6 oz chicken breasts provide 100 grams of protein in this keto protein meal idea.
100 grams of protein is 20% of your calories if you are eating 2000 calories or 25% if you are eating 1600 calories. Adjust accordingly. But you can divide this chicken into two meals. Add up to 20 grams of carbs over the course of the day or with the meals. However, it is recommended you eat your carbs with your meals and fast outside of the meals to really maximize your potential for success.
